The setting of the hotel creates an easy going atmosphere with beautiful natural surroundings. the rooms are cozy and offer all the basic amenities including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. the room service waiter is very helpful and provides exceptional service.

The hotel could use more staff to improve the check in process and breakfast availability.

Spent a wonderful Christmas break at this cosy hotel. Loved the comfortable rooms and the friendly staff who were always ready to help out. the location of the hotel was also fantastic, very close to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the delicious food offered, especially the breakfast buffet which had a great variety of options. the hotel also had a nice garden where we could lounge and enjoy the fresh air.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the fact that the property had a nice appearance and a cozy feel. It also had a central location which made it easy to get around with the city's nightlife thriving on the streets nearby too. I found the room service waiter quite helpful when food services were no longer available.

My overall experience was hurt by various factors. the management was absent and the two housekeeping staff to whom the operations were entrusted were insufficient.

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and I must say, I was impressed with the luxurious amenities provided. the room had exclusive facilities such as a private terrace and jacuzzi, making my stay here extremely comfortable and relaxing. the location advantage was also noteworthy, with a beautiful view of the surrounding greenery. the staff provided excellent service whenever required, be it in the restaurant or in the leisure room. the outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also great for a peaceful afternoon.

The only negative aspect I came across was the lack of immediate management presence. There seemed to be only a couple of housekeeping staff running the hotel, which resulted in a small delay in receiving room service.
